Washington Redskins: Redskins Owner Dan Snyder Mocked by Taiwanese Critics
Dan Snyder Getting No Love From Taiwan
Redskins owner Dan Snyder doesn't get much love from Redskins fans because they've had to endure multiple losing seasons since he took over the football team in 1999.
This year, Mr. Snyder has to be held responsible for two Redskins disasters known as Albert Haynesworth and Donovan McNabb.
The two plump footballers were the subject of much frustration for their lack of conditioning and inability to produce on the football field this year.
To make matters worse, McNabb agreed to a 5-year $78 million extension midseason and largely ineffective Haynesworth agreed to a 7-year $100 million contract in 2009.
Now, Snyder's management style and lack of success with coaching changes or player acquisitions has caused him to be made-fun of all around the league.
Heck, even Taiwan is getting in on the action.
Snyder now follows in footsteps of other controversial figures from the league this season, including Brett Favre, Rex Ryan and Ben Roethlisberger.
