A New Orleans Saints linebacker had his Super Bowl ring stolen from his car while he was at a nightclub in Miami Beach, according to media reports.
Stanley Arnoux left club LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel around 7 a.m. Monday,
according to Local 10 in Miami.
He told police that when he picked up his car from the valet, his ring was gone from the car's center console, where he last left it.
Miami Beach police told the station they are investigating a case of possible grand theft.
Arnoux, who lives in Sunrise, Fla., did not want to talk about the theft.
"This isn't something that's supposed to be public like that,"
Arnoux told the station.
Arnoux earned the ring, which he valued at $30,000, when the Saints won Super Bowl XLIV at Sun Life Stadium in 2010.
